1. Acceptance of Terms

Subject to the foregoing, these Terms & Conditions(hereinafter, “Terms”) govern the use of Inqform’s Services(hereinafter, “Service”, “Services”) which apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you(referred to as, “user”, “you”, yours”) and Inqform(referred to as, “Inqform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) . Please read these Terms before registering for our Services. We will collect, store and disclose your information in accordance with the Inqform privacy policy. By accessing or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to comply with any local laws. . If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions you may not access or use any services provided by us.

If you use the Services on behalf of an entity or organization, you are binding that organization to the Terms, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so.

2. License and Use of Service

Subject to this Agreement, Inqform grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and non-assignable, limited license to use the Services solely for personal or your internal business purposes and subject to the Terms of this Agreement.
This is the grant of a limited license, not a transfer of title, and you may not, and shall not authorise or permit any third party to:
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the Service (whether in relation to its source code, object code, underlying structure, ideas, architecture, algorithms or otherwise);
bypass or circumvent any technical restrictions or digital protection measures in the Service or attempt to circumvent any such restrictions;

reproduce, publish, distribute, transfer, publicly display, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Service, or loan, lend, pledge, assign, or otherwise encumber the Service to or in favour of any third party;

If any use of our Services in breach of this Agreement by you threatens the security, integrity or availability of our Services, it may result in our immediate suspension of the Services and termination of this license. Upon such suspension or termination, your viewing of these materials or your possession of any downloaded materials whether in electronic or printed format need to be destroyed. But we may display your logo/reviews on our website, app, or any other marketing materials.

3. Account Access and Security

You may be required to provide information about yourself to register for and to access or use our Services. You agree to provide the Services with complete and accurate information upon registration, be responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the account, log-in information, including the security of any of your devices which store the authentication credentials, and also take all reasonably necessary steps to protect the account from loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure.

-as to the accuracy, completeness, correctness, currency, timeliness, reliability, availability, interoperability, security, non-infringement, title, merchantability, quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the Service; and/or;

-that the Service or any functions associated therewith will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected or that this Service, website and the server are and will be free of all viruses or third party attacks.

5. Limitation of liability

To the greatest extent permitted by law, you agree that in no event shall Inqform or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the website, third-party software/hardware used with the website, even if Inqform or an authorized representative of Inqform have been notified of the possibility of such damages or losses, and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, if the aforesaid limitations are deemed to be unenforceable, the entire liability of Inqform and the sole remedy available to you shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the website.

6. Updates

Inqform may from time to time provide improvements to the features of the website, which may include bug fixes, patches, upgrades and other updates.

This may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the website. You agree that Inqform has no obligation to provide any updates, or continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the website to you.

Inqform does not warrant that any of the material available on our website is complete, accurate and upto date, and we reserve the right to make changes to the materials without notice. We do not make any commitment to update the materials.

7. Third party links and services

Inqform may provide information and content provided by third parties, links to third-party resources. Inqform is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, resources, practices or other business practices of the operators of such sites or resources. Your interactions with such third parties, and your access and use their services is entirely at your own risk, and will be governed by the third parties’ own terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Cancellation policy

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with the services we provide, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will discuss any of the issues you are facing with our services.
If you have made use of one of our premium services which involves a paid subscription, and still wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so. You shall not be entitled for a refund if you terminate your account in the middle of a subscription period for any reason whatsoever. Since you paid for your subscription, you can still use the subscription’s features until the end of the current/applicable billing period, even if you have canceled.

9..Governing laws and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall govern the validity, construction, and enforceability of this Agreement in all respects. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India in that State or location.

10.Modification

Inqform may update these terms without any notice by posting the updates to the website. Your continued use of our services after we post any modification to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgment, and your consent to abide by the modified Terms.
