1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines how Inqform (from
hereinafter referred to as, “we”, “us”, “our”) will collect,
use, share and protect your information when you access our website or use our application
(hereinafter referred to as, “Service”, “Services”). If you choose to
use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this
policy. The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving our Service. The
terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless
otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern
all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us
(“Agreement”).
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy specifies definition and rules of interpretation, the types of information
obtained, how we may use that information, with whom we may share it, and how your rights are
protected relating to our processing of that data.

links that may be integrated into our services via API. Those services, websites, and software

For the purpose of this policy, hereinafter,

the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our Services.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will
take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including
the security of your data and other personal information.
7. Third-party links
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or
practices of any third party sites or services.
We may also provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use
third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by adding a notice on the Services homepages, login screens, or by sending you an email notification. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.If you disagree with any changes to this privacy policy, you will need to stop using the Services and deactivate your account(s), as outlined above.
