Voice Enabled Forms

With Inqform’s voice-enabled forms, you can say goodbye to tedious typing and embrace effortless, voice-powered data collection.

Voice-enabled forms are powerful as they allow you to collect data from your users using their voice. Simply speak and respond to the form, and your answers will be automatically filled out!

The convenience of voice based filling is immense and this gives Inqforms great completion rates, meaning you can get better and more results in less time.

How to use voice

All forms created in Inqform are voice-enabled by default. Your users can use their voice to fill out the form by simply clicking or taping on the microphone icon.

The icon is visible on the bottom left corener in Focused layout and on the bottom right corner in Classic layout.

Tap again to stop recording. At a time a maximum of 45 seconds of recording is allowed.

Usage limits

You are allocated a limited number of audio minutes per month based on your subscription plan.

• Free Plan: Use up to 10 minutes of voice input per month and preview the voice capabilities in your forms.

• PRO Plan: Users can enjoy up to 100 minutes of voice input per month, making it convenient and fast to fill out forms.

If you exhaust your audio minutes for the month, you can still complete forms using the traditional method.

The microphone icon will be visible on all forms as long as you have audio minutes remaining.
